Where can I buy a ticket for the 2018 World Cup?
For now, 2018 World Cup tickets are only available on www.fifa.com/bilet. Tickets will be available at the FIFA official ticketing centres at a later sales stage. Before "last minute" sales get underway, you can submit your ticket request on www.fifa.com/bilet. You will have to set up an account to do this.

Can I buy my ticket at the stadium's ticket office?
No, you cannot. Tickets are only available on www.fifa.com/bilet. They will be available at the FIFA official ticketing centres at a later stage.

How many tickets can I buy?
Tickets are sold subject to a limit of four tickets per person per match for a maximum of seven matches, or a total of 28 tickets per person.

If the 2018 World Cup is sold out, do I have to resign to watching football on TV?
Do not despair: there is still hope. FIFA might throw in some extra tickets from time to time, if there are some left from its other customer cohorts.

Can I return my ticket? If you are unable to use all or some of the tickets you have bought you can return them to FIFA for resale to other fans, by using the official FIFA page for returning or reselling tickets: www.fifa.com/bilet.

Can I bring my kid free of charge on my ticket?
No, you cannot. Only one person per ticket is allowed to enter the stadium. Your kid will need his/her own ticket, regardless of age.

Can I sell my ticket to another person?
No, you cannot. A ticket holder does not have the liberty to independently sell or donate their ticket. However, you can use the FIFA official ticket resale platform, which will be available closer to the tournament date.

When am I going to receive my tickets?
Tickets purchased during sales phases 1 and 2 will be delivered free of charge within a few weeks prior to the 2018 World Cup. Ticket deliveries will not commence earlier than late April or May 2018.

That's too bad. Tickets of any class are not replaceable under any circumstances.

Is my ticket enough to get me to the football match?

You can buy them through the site: FIFA.com/bilet, and, later on you will be able to buy them in the FIFA Ticketing Centres in the host cities, which opened on 18 April.

How much does a 2018 World Cup ticket cost?
Tickets are available in four classes, the fourth class being for Russian residents only. To view ticket prices, please refer to the pertinent page on the FIFA website.

Where can I find out about the differences between seat classes?
The available ticket classes for each arena are described in detail on the ticket request form and in other materials posted by FIFA on www.fifa.com/bilet. Click hereto view seat locations by class for specific arenas.

Will the ticket prices change? No. The ticket prices have been fixed by FIFA and will not change.

Are there different prices for adults and children?
No, all ticket prices are the same for adults and children, regardless of age.

How do I pay for my ticket?
FIFA accepts payments via any of the payment methods listed on your ticket request form. If payment is made by bank card, unless otherwise specified on the request form, the card has to be in the buyer's name, and no other buyers may use the same card to buy tickets.

Can I purchase my ticket on an instalment plan?
No, you cannot. When FIFA receives an incomplete payment, or a payment arrives late, or a payment is fully or partially cancelled after FIFA has received the funds, the ticket request may be denied.

My card expires soon. Can I still use it to pay for my ticket?
No, you cannot. When a ticket request is granted, FIFA will debit the specified card before a ticket confirmation can be generated and sent to the customer. If the debit of a customer's card fails, the ticket request may be denied.

Are there any other ways to pay, except bank cards?
Yes, there are. Click here for details. When FIFA accepts a payment method alternative to card payment, the customer has a duty to ensure that FIFA receives the full payment by the date indicated on the request form.

What currency may I use to pay for my ticket?
Russian residents and all those buying their tickets at FIFA ticketing centres in Russia during the final sales phase can pay for their tickets in Rubles. All other fans will pay in US Dollars.

Can I pay for my ticket in the currency that is convenient for me?
Yes, you can. First you have to convert the amount in any other currency to US Dollars. The conversion rate is up to the bank that issued the ticket requester's card, or (if applicable) the bank that handles the transaction settlement.

What age do I have to be to purchase my own ticket?
You have to be at least 18 when you submit your ticket request. I would like to purchase multiple tickets for a single match, all in different sectors.

Is this possible?
One customer can submit a request for multiple tickets in the same class, unless these are tickets for some special group of persons. The one exception to this rule is that, on their ticket request form, the customer may express their consent to being allotted a ticket in a lower class than initially indicated.

I am not a Russian citizen, but I live permanently in Russia. Am I eligible to purchase a fourth class ticket?
You are. Any person lawfully residing in the Russian Federation, whether permanently or temporarily, is deemed to be a resident of Russia, including foreign nationals legally employed in Russia.

Are there special tickets for people with special needs?
Yes, there are. Each stadium has seats reserved for persons with impaired mobility, with disability, or with excessive body weight. Any person wishing to request one of these seats will be required to furnish documentary evidence of their entitlement to such a ticket. The same document must be presented to receive the ticket and, on request, also upon arrival at the stadium. Click here for more information regarding tickets for persons with special needs.

Is the caretaker of a person with disability entitled to any privileges?
They are. Customers having requested and successfully received tickets for persons with special needs will be given the opportunity to obtain, at no cost, an extra ticket for their accompanying person. The accompanying person may not enter the stadium unless they enter together with the person they accompany.

Does FIFA warrant the security of my personal data?
Submitting a ticket request, the customer is required to provide their own and their guests' personal data as indicated on the request form. This data will be used, processed, stored and revealed to FIFA-authorized third parties (inside or outside Russia) exclusively for the purposes appertaining to the sale of tickets, the procedures of ticket distribution, any applicable security measures, and/or any measures of legal protection in connection with the tournament.

Can I request that my personal data be permanently deleted? You can. If your request is denied, you can contact FIFA, requesting that the data you had previously conveyed to them be deleted.

How will I find out that my ticket request was granted?
When there are tickets available and FIFA fulfils your request fully or partially, you will be notified by email, regular mail or courier. The confirmation delivered to you will indicate the number and class of your tickets, the stadium and the match. However, your confirmation may not specify the teams playing, your seat or your stadium sector. All this information will be finalized at a later stage.

Will I be notified if my request cannot be fulfilled?

By all means. FIFA will notify the customer if a request cannot be fulfilled.

I plan to attend all matches in my city. What is a good way to do this?
You can request a Single-Stadium Ticket Package.

Can I give my ticket to another person?
No, you cannot just give your ticket to someone else. Every ticket is strictly personalized, containing the personal information of its buyer or the person named as a "guest." If the ticket is presented by a different person than the one whose information appears on the ticket, entry to the stadium will be denied. However, ticket holders will have the option to request a guest ticket transfer via their personal account. FIFA will review these requests at a later time, closer to the beginning of the tournament.

Can I purchase a ticket for another person?
Yes, you can. You will have to fill your request form with all the requisite details of the person whose ticket you are buying.

I have ordered tickets for a group. Are we going to sit together?
This is not a cinch, unfortunately. FIFA will use its best endeavours to secure contiguous seats for tickets ordered by a single customer, but this is not guaranteed. You may end up with seats in different rows, sectors or seat clusters. FIFA is not able to reserve adjacent seats for individual ticket requesters.

Am I responsible for the people I have purchased tickets for?
Yes, you are. You are fully responsible for the acts of any ticket holder who has, directly or indirectly, acquired one of the tickets allotted to you, and you are liable if they break the rules of ticket usage or violate stadium rules.

How am I going to receive my ticket?
Tickets purchased during the first two sales phases will be delivered by courier to the address indicated by the buyer on their ticket request form. There will be no delivery of any tickets purchased during the "last minute" sales phase, or after 3 April 2018. The same holds for fans' "open tickets" and team-specific "ticket packages" for any matches of the second round. For more information on ticket deliveries, please visit www.fifa.com/bilet.

If my ticket cannot be delivered to me, where can I pick it up?
If your ticket cannot be delivered to you, you can pick it up at the ticketing centre in any host city before or during the World Cup. The time and venue where your ticket will be available for pick-up will be indicated on your ticket request form on www.fifa.com/bilet , or advised in other postings by FIFA.

Does the ticketing centre have a support service I can contact by email or messenger?

You can contact them by phone or use the feedback form on the website.

Can I pick up my ticket at the stadium?
No, you cannot. For security reasons FIFA does not offer such an option. It is, therefore, advisable to organize your ticket pick-up as early as possible.

What will I need to pick up my ticket?
All tickets named on an approved request, if they cannot be delivered by courier, have to be picked up by the customer in person, or by a third party authorized by the customer. To pick up your ticket at one of the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres, you will be asked to present your photo ID and your bank card – the one you used to pay for your ticket (if applicable), as specified on your request form.

Can I authorize a third party to pick up my ticket for me?
Yes, you can. If you elect to authorize a third party to pick up your ticket for you, you have to properly authorize such third party with a notarized power of attorney, issued specifically for the collection of the ticket, and furnish your representative with notarized copies of your own and your representative's photo ID documents. Furthermore, if the ticket in question is a fourth class ticket or a ticket for a person with special needs, the customer is required to present official documents, or notarized copies thereof, attesting the customer's entitlement to purchase such tickets.

What is the ticket checking procedure?
As you enter the stadium, your match ticket will be checked electronically.

Is it possible that I may be denied access to the stadium if my ticket is found damaged?
It is. And FIFA does not replace tickets. The ticket holder must handle their ticket with care and keep it in a safe place.

Neither FIFA, nor any agents of FIFA will accept liability for lost, stolen or mutilated tickets, nor for late delivery of tickets in consequence of a mail service or delivery service failure.

How can I get a FAN ID?
You can apply for your FAN ID on https://www.fan-id.ru. You have to have your match ticket or a document attesting your entitlement to receive a ticket, otherwise no FAN ID will be issued. If you prepare your personal data and photograph beforehand, registration will only take a few minutes. You can choose to receive your FAN ID online or pick it up at a FAN ID centre. You only need to have a FAN ID issued to you once, just make sure you bring it to all the World Cup matches you have tickets for.

What are the benefits of a FAN ID?
A FAN ID entitles foreign nationals to visa-free entry into Russia. FAN ID holders are entitled to travel on the free trains that will be running between the 2018 World Cup host cities, and to use municipal public transport free of charge.

I have been denied a FAN ID, what do I do now?
This is very unfortunate. You cannot get into the stadium without a FAN ID. FIFA accepts no responsibility or liability for the application process, issuance, use, or any other matter associated with FAN IDs.

Can I re-enter the stadium?
No, you cannot. Having left the stadium, no ticket holder will be admitted back to stadium grounds, unless this is expressly permitted by FIFA.

Can another person enter the stadium with my ticket?
No, this is not allowed. Every ticket is strictly personalized, containing the personal information of its buyer or the person named as a "guest." If the ticket is presented by a different person than the one whose information appears on the ticket, access to the stadium will be denied.

What happens if I break the rules of ticket usage?
Your ticket will be automatically cancelled without a refund. Any other tickets you have purchased may be cancelled as well, including any tickets you may have purchased for a group.

What are some examples of misdemeanour that can get you evicted from the stadium and your ticket revoked?
Being visibly under the influence of alcohol or narcotics; verbal abuse of a racist or xenophobic nature, or verbal instigation of any other form of discrimination; political or ideological agitation or indulgence in any form of charity on the premises; interfering with or disturbing other persons, including players and football officials; indulging in behaviour modes that constitute or closely approximate acts of violence, or inflict harm, or lead to violations of public order.

How am I to react when a FIFA representative demands to see my ticket and ID?
It is a duty of every ticket holder to cooperate with FIFA. The ticket holder is expected to present his or her ID and/or photo ID on demand, and may not resist when any items that are prohibited on stadium grounds are removed.

Can I change my seat if I want to?
All spectators are seated according to the seat numbers indicated on their tickets. FIFA reserves the right to change a spectator's seat when this is deemed necessary for security reasons or on account of a technical emergency. The new seat may be located in another sector of the stadium.

If my seat gets changed to an inferior sector, will I receive a refund of the difference?
No, you will not. A seat change will not alter the ticket price and does not entitle the ticket holder to claim any refund.

Are children allowed at the stadium without adult supervision?
Any ticket holder bringing children or underage teens to the stadium is required to carry a properly issued permission from the parents or legal custodians of the underage persons, as required by the local laws. Will I receive a refund if the match gets cancelled?

In the latter case, however, no person is entitled to claim a refund, other than the actual customer who purchased the ticket.

When a match is relocated to another city, will I get reimbursed for my unplanned travel and accommodation expenses?
No, you will not. The customer and ticket holder is/are solely responsible for their travel and accommodation expenses in connection with attending the match.

What happens if a rematch is ordered?
